Chris has a background across equity markets and corporate advisory, with experience spanning equity capital markets, equity research, derivatives, and digital marketing. He holds a Master of Commerce (Quantitative Finance) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Finance).

Chris works closely with boards, founders, management, brokers, investor relations professionals, and in-house and external legal teams to structure and execute transactions, with a focus on pragmatic outcomes, clear process, and stakeholder alignment across multiple jurisdictions and exchanges, including Australia, the USA, the UK, Europe, and Canada.
